Event Details

Debt can be overwhelming. Developing a debt reduction plan will get your finances back in order. Come to the library and learn about different types of debts and the risks and benefits associated with debt.

Dealing with Debt is sponsored by University of Maryland Extension Office and will presented by Financial Wellness educator Dr. Jesse M. Ketterman. 

Dr. Jesse M. Ketterman, Jr. joined the University of Maryland Extension Office in 2016 as a Family and Consumer Science Educator serving Allegany, Garrett, and Washington counties. His work emphasis is financial and health insurance literacy. Dr. Ketterman is an Accredited Financial Counselor and earned a PhD in educational leadership from Touro University International, master’s degrees in business administration and education from Frostburg State University, and a bachelor of science in business from West Virginia Wesleyan College.

This event is free and open to the public.
