Celebrate Mom during our Mother's Day Tea at the Westernport library! Indulge in an afternoon of scones, sandwiches and an assortment of delicious teas! A Great British tradition for centuries, discover this old English etiquette with host Kelly Moran as she explains this time-honored custom of the British lifestyle. Registration is requested.
