All ACLS Libraries will be closing at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18 to attend the 2025 Summer with our Library Kick-Off party, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. in Hoffman Park in Frostburg. Join us for a great time!

Come and read to Mika the dog! This special program offers a safe and supportive environment to practice their reading skills. Reading to a dog, or any pet, helps kids feel more comfortable making mistakes and learning at their own pace. It's a wonderful way to boost confidence, improve literacy, and make reading a fun and positive experience. All are welcome to join and enjoy the benefits of reading with a furry friend!
