Yoga and Wellness classes begin with Wellness discussion and tips with Jen Thomas at 10:00 a.m. Yoga will begin at 10:30 and last until 11:30, led by Instructor Sera Beth Weaver. The style of yoga is suitable for all levels, including those brand new to it.
Please bring a yoga mat and water. Yoga mats are provided if needed by reaching out to Jen Thomas at 301-777-9150, x 109. There is no cost to attend. Bring a friend.
Stretching to EmPower is a Yoga Wellness program to educate, motivate, strengthen and empower women (although men are welcome to attend!) This program is made possible by funding comes from the Federal Office on Women's Health and Area Health Education Center West, and other community partners.
