Unwind in these stressful times with these free gentle yoga sessions, led by South Cumberland service specialist and yoga instructor, Courtney.  Follow along as she leads you through a yoga lesson, great for beginners and advanced yoga levels, to de-stress and bring peace to your day.  Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and play music in the background. 


Virtual yoga sessions will debut on our Facebook page every Wednesday afternoon.
