Join the City of Cumberland and see Queen City Charlie's prediction for 6 more weeks of winter or an early spring! See the prediction live on February 2nd beginning at 7:00 am at the steps of City Hall!
AND don't forget our Groundhog Day Coloring Contest! We encourage Pre-K through 5th grade students to use their artistic skills for a chance to win! A winner for each grade will be recognized at our Groundhog Day ceremony! Entries are accepted until January 23rd at noon!
