Purpose of Meeting
We will be meeting as a planning committee beginning at 1:00 PM, and we might also offer a round of volunteer training beginning at 2:00 PM, which is mostly a brief review/rundown of the program details. We will begin distributing lunches next Monday, June 16, and need to meet one last time to confirm details and fill in more volunteers.
