Program Description
Event Details
Patron will transform ordinary oyster shells into beautiful works of art using paint, decoupage, and creativity.
- Paint the inside of the shell with white acrylic paint and let dry.
- Trim around the napkin art you’d like to use.
- Using decoupage, paint the open area of the shell.
- Place the trimmed art onto the shell and decoupage again, covering your art. Let dry.
