Stop by the Washington Street Library as part of the annual Downtown Cumberland Trick or Treat on Saturday, October 26th from 10 am - 12 noon. DJ Mark Stevens will be on the Baltimore Street stage playing Halloween music and participating businesses will have a pumpkin flyer in their window.
