Purpose of Meeting

What is the "Friends of the South Cumberland Library" group?

The group has been established to support library projects to benefit all library patrons and the community. Specifically, some of the group's endeavors will include the following:

-sponsoring a variety of library programs

-stimulating public support and greater library use

-providing equipment, publications, and materials not otherwise funded by the budge

-encouraging gifts, endowments, and bequests to the library

-maintaining and adding to an attractive library footprint
