Program Description
Event Details
Join us at the South Cumberland Library for a spook-tacular evening of creativity! On October 28th from 6 PM to 8 PM, teens and tweens ages 8-18 are invited to transform ordinary water jugs into glowing jack-o'-lanterns. Using glow sticks and your imagination, you'll create a festive and fun decoration perfect for Halloween!
