Stop the Bleed: Lifesaving Skills for Everyone

Learn how to save a life in this free, hands-on safety course. Stop the Bleed teaches you three simple but powerful techniques to help someone before professional help arrives:

Use your hands to apply pressure to a wound.

Pack a wound to control bleeding.

Correctly apply a tourniquet.

Every participant will receive a complimentary Stop the Bleed kit to take home after class. This program is open to everyone and requires no prior medical training.

Empower yourself to act in an emergency and make a difference when it matters most.
