Build strength, increase bone density, and decrease arthritis pain all in one safe and effective resistance band routine.  Work in a supportive group setting with ACE certified trainer Mike Browning.  This class is suited for all ability

The Frostburg Library will close at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 30 due to street closures from the Halloween Parade.

Join us in front of the library for a book giveaway and more during the festivities!
