The LaVale Library will open at 1 PM due to a library staff meeting.  Other libraries will open at 1 PM as per their regular schedule.

Event Details:

Build strength, increase bone density, and decrease arthritis pain all in one safe and effective resistance band routine. Work in a supportive group setting with ACE certified trainers Mike Browning and Brittany Milbourne-Friend.
