Join us at the LaVale Library for the June meeting of It’s Not a Book Club.  This month we are choosing books that can be found on the #OwnVoices book list or one of the many book lists on the We Need Diverse Books website.  These titles are written by members of marginalized groups about their experiences and spotlight characters that belong to those groups.  

How it works:

This isn’t your normal book club; the group picks a genre or theme, then you get to read any book that fits that theme.  The group will meet once per month to discuss our books.
