Great for learning easy meals to make on your own! Registration is required for each adult attending the event. This event series is for Adults. Participates will be provided supplies and directions to make their own mug meals. Please let staff know ahead of time if there are any allergy concerns. Meals are made in microwaves and may be hot to handle. While staff will be helping and potholders provided, please keep that risk in mind when registering. Instructions will be given in the use of the air fryer but staff will be operating the appliance. All food is provided by the Western Maryland Food Bank. Please use this page to register each adult for the program. Registration helps the staff ensure that we have enough resources to provide the Meal in a Mug.
