Great for learning easy meals to make on your own! Participates will be provided supplies and directions to make their own mug meals. Please let staff know ahead of time if there are any allergy concerns. 

Meals are made in microwaves and may be hot to handle. While staff will be helping and potholders provided, please keep that risk in mind when allowing your children to attend. Instructions will be given in the use of the air fryer but staff will be operating the appliance. 

All food is provided by the Western Maryland Food Bank.
