Feeling stressed out? Come to the library and learn some great ways to manage stress and relax, with Certified Mind-Body educator, Theresa Stahl.
Learn quick, easy tools to help manage your stress in healthy ways. Learn activities to do with your children to help them with self-control and their own stress (Yes, children experience stress, too!).
Come and learn these skills while connecting with others who are learning too. This class is free to the community.
