Event Details
Yoga and Wellness classes begin with Wellness discussion and tips at 10:15 a.m. Yoga will last until 11:30. Yoga will be led by instructor, Leslee Wigfield. The style of yoga is suitable for all levels, including those brand new to it.
Please bring a yoga mat and water. Yoga mats are provided if needed by reaching out to Jen Thomas at 301-777-9150, x 109. Bring a friend. Infused water will be provided.
Stretching to EmPower is a Yoga Wellness program to educate, motivate, strengthen and empower women (although men are welcome to attend!) This program is made possible by funding comes from the Federal Office on Women's Health and Area Health Education Center West, and other community partners.
This program is free and open to the public.
